Maître Pierre

Maitre PierreMaître Pierre is a company that manufactures frozen flambé pies since 1985. Maître Pierre chose the SI Foodware agrifood ERP to centralize its data in a single information system. Located in Sarrebourg, Maître Pierre develops frozen flambé pies and the best known is the Flammekueche Crème-Oignons-Lardons. The company markets its products both nationally and internationally.

Wanting to simplify its information system and centralize its data in a more modern tool and oriented towards agrifoods, Maître Pierre worked with Isatech for the implementation of SI Foodware, the ERP dedicated to agrifoods. The project objectives were to accelerate the information processing speed, to optimize traceability and to improve its inventory management.

SI Foodware has enabled to address the broad functional scope of the project (finance, purchases, supplies, sales, shipments, capital, accounting, production and inventory) within the six months as required by the customer.

In regards to the administration of sales, SI Foodware presented us with two points: Management of Deferrals which was much more simplified and automatic within the system. [...] The proximity towards a paying customer account of all customer accounts charged with links provided by a tree structure that allows faster validation of payments.

Fabienne Roussel: "I terminated the four existing systems and re-launched the new system without any worries: the trucks have left and the chains produced without any problems."

Maître Pierre streamlines and harmonizes its information system by implementing the SI Foodware agrifood ERP proposed by Isatech. The broad functional scope of the project (finance, purchases, supplies, sales, shipments, capital, accounting, production and inventory) was carried out within the six months as required by the customer.

Project: issues and objectives

To meet the strong growth of export markets, Maître Pierre increased its production capacity, implemented a new freezer unit and streamlined its information system choosing SI Foodware to replace their multiple computer applications by one.

The objectives of Maître Pierre were to:
• simplify the information processing speed,
• optimize the traceability,
• improve its inventory management...

Thanks to SI Foodware, Maître Pierre...

Benefits from a full traceability
The receptions and shipments are computerized and traced within SI Foodware via a pallet number and lot number. "...in regards to shipments, having all within the same system enables much faster traceability searches, which is very important for an agrifood company."

Analyzes and reduces its non-compliances
Nonconformities are no longer incurred. SI Foodware allows the company to be proactive by highlighting areas of improvement for development. "...The internal and external nonconformities were managed on a paper format, and now everything is computerized with an analysis and statistics system."

Optimizes the management of its inventory
SI Foodware can supply and produce the necessary quantities to meet customer demands. "The CNR (Calculation of Net Requirements) enables us to visualize in real time the impact of different productions and different receptions at six weeks. Before, there were two softwares and we had to do calculations by hand"

Improves its cash position
The concept of files (customer invoice, paying customer...) facilitates and reduces time for the management of client payments. "...The proximity towards a paying customer account of all customer accounts charged with links that allows faster validation of payments."

Saves time for managing off-invoices
SI Foodware automates the management of deferred pricing conditions for budget and rebate types.
